The Mongolian Bar Association, the Hanns Seidel Foundation, and the Centre for German and European of the National University of Mongolia jointly organized a certification training entitled “Legislative Drafting” on May 7–8, 2026.

On April 30 and May 1, 2026, a two-day training “Environmental Law and Nature Protection – Nomadic Nature Trunk (NNT) Trainers’ Training” was successfully held in Bulgan soum, Khovd.

A new interview with Felix J. Glenk, Representative of the Hanns Seidel Foundation for the Korean Peninsula and Mongolia, has been published by the Mongolian news portal Eguur.mn as part of its “About Mongolia” series.

Within the framework of a working visit to the Republic of Korea, high-level institutional meetings as well as a professional exchange with the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung (HSS) took place in Seoul. The visits were conducted in the context of projects implemented under the leadership of Project Manager Amarmend and served the purpose of a comparative analysis of legal systems, constitutional review, as well as international cooperation. The discussions were attended by the new representative of the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung for the Korean Peninsula and Mongolia, Felix J. Glenk, as well as representatives of the relevant Korean institutions.

On April 23, 2026, RCE Mongolia successfully held its second members’ meeting and strategic planning seminar at the Environmental Education Center of the National University of Mongolia. The event was jointly organized by RCE Mongolia and the NUM Environmental Education Center, with support from the Hanns Seidel Foundation’s representative office in Mongolia.

On 13 April 2026, the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung and the Academy of Governance officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.

On April 10, 2026, a training on “Key Issues in Handling Environmental Crimes” was successfully organized in cooperation with the National Forensic Agency and the Environmental Police Unit.

On March 30, 2026, a discussion meeting on the topic “Strengthening cooperation between environmental civil society organizations and government institutions, ensuring the implementation of laws, and improving the legal framework” was successfully held in Murun soum, Khuvsgul aimag.

On March 27, 2026, the meeting of RCE Mongolia member organizations was successfully held at the School of Educational Studies of the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE), with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

The commemorative event titled “Mongolia–Germany Bridge: 100 Years of Shared History and Future Cooperation” was successfully held on March 28, 2026. The event was organized with the support of the German Embassy, the Hanns Seidel Foundation, and sponsored by APU LLC.
