Mongolian young leaders share their perspectives at an international conference
As part of this cooperation, Professor Dr. Roland B. Wilson organized negotiation and conflict resolution workshops for young leaders in Mongolia in both 2025 and 2026, providing participants with practical skills in negotiation, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving.
During the conference, the Mongolian delegation contributed to the panel discussion “AI Tools, Risks, Rewards, and Governance,” presenting four perspectives on mainstreaming conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, and human-centered AI in Mongolia.
Their contributions drew on practical experiences in public policy, project management, land management, community engagement, technology, and science, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary approaches to addressing complex challenges.
This participation represents an important step in connecting national capacity-building initiatives with international dialogue. It also provided young Mongolian leaders with opportunities to share their experiences, exchange ideas with international experts, and expand their professional networks.
HSF Mongolia sincerely appreciates the continued cooperation of George Mason University Korea and Professor Roland B. Wilson in supporting the next generation of young leaders.
From national capacity building to international engagement — empowering young leaders to turn knowledge into action.
