In cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Judicial Academy, a successful training session on the topic “Specific Characteristics and Legal Framework of Cybercrime” was held on June 27, 2025, for the judges of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Mongolia.

In connection with the planned establishment of first-instance and appellate courts specializing in family and child-related cases, the Supreme Court of Mongolia, the Judicial Academy, the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), and the Hanns Seidel Foundation jointly organized the international conference “Specialized Court System: The Best Interests of the Child and Family” on June 25, 2025.

On June 24, 2025, the Training and Research Center under the Office of the Prosecutor General of Mongolia successfully organized a training under the theme “Investigating and Prosecuting Cybercrime.”

The 2024–2025 academic year graduation ceremony of the general education school of the Youth Rehabilitation Center under the authority of the General Executive Agency of Court Decisions was organized with the participation of partner government and non-government organizations and parents.

Our country is among the ten nations most affected by climate change, with 76.9% of the entire territory impacted by desertification. Over 80% of this is linked to overgrazing and improper use of pastureland. The consequences of desertification have the greatest impact on the social and economic conditions and the health of herders.

Since 2014, the annual Crane Festival has been held in the community of Binder (Khentii Province). The event is organized by the Wildlife Science and Conservation Center of Mongolia and the International Crane Foundation. The goal of the festival is to work together with the local population to strengthen the protection of sensitive wetlands, promote environmental education, and establish sustainable ecotourism in the region.

Young voices, big impact: A new generation of climate actors is emerging in Northeast Asia. With the official founding of the Northeast Asian Youth Climate Council, dedicated young people from four countries are sending a strong message for cross-border cooperation – for climate protection, peace, and a shared future.

On the occasion of International Children's Day, the Hanns Seidel Foundation supported the KIDS ART Festival organized by the Foundation for Children’s Art and Culture Education Development of Mongolia and cooperated with the program “Youth Engagement in Environmental and Nature Law.”
