According to the 'National Programme for Increasing Public Legal Awareness' of 2018, all governmental and non-governmental organizations are obliged to appoint specially trained legal mentors for citizens in their own areas of responsibility. Since 2018, the employees appointed as legal mentors have been trained annually in the aimags (regions) and in the capital.

The competition among students and interested young people was successfully held from December 3-11, 2022.

Mongolia's Grand State Khural (parliament) formed a working group to amend the country's Constitutional Court Law and Constitutional Procedure Code with the aim of improving constitutional court control.
