Since 1993, the HSS has been donating specialist legal literature to enrich the book funds of the libraries of its partner institutions and public libraries. In the meantime, the foundation has donated several hundred books by foreign and national authors.

On 23 December 2019, the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court and the representation of the Hanns Seidel Foundation organized a specialist discussion among criminal judges of all instances in the capital on the topic of 'Some problems to be considered when applying the revised Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure'.

On December 16, 2019, the Supreme Judicial Council initiated a discussion among its partner institutions on a number of legal policy issues.

On the occasion of the 85th birthday of Prof. Dr. B.Chimid - renowned state and social functionary of Mongolia, main editor of the first democratic constitution of Mongolia and deserving jurist - an international scientific conference entitled 'B.Chimid - Father of the Democratic Constitution of Mongolia' was held on November 28, 2019 in the 'Great Session Hall' of the State Palace with the support of the President of the Great State Khoral (Parliament) of Mongolia B.Zandanshatar.
