At the request of the Administrative Committee of the Mongolian Bar Association, a legal policy study was carried out in 2017 - 2018 with the financial support of the HSS on the topic of 'Opening up the possibility of filing a complaint with the administrative court in the interest of the public'.

The second International Scientific Conference (ISC) in the above-mentioned subject area took place from March 21-22, 2019.

At the invitation of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, Prof. Dr. Peter Kasiske from the University of Augsburg took part in the International Academic Conference 'Fundamental Problems of Constitutional and Administrative Law' in Ulaanbaatar in October 2018 with the contribution 'Institutional Requirements for the Separation of Powers'.
