In previous editions, the Academy commented on the following laws:
- the Administrative Court Regulations /in the issues from January 2003 to April 2004
- the Criminal Code /in the editions from January 2005 to November 2006
- the Code of Criminal Procedure /in the issues from April 2007 to September 2009
- the Code of Civil Procedure /in the issues from March 2011 to November 2012
The individual commentary sections were then summarized and published in a book.
For example, 'The Administrative Court Code of Mongolia (simplified commentary with illustrations)' was published in 2004, 'The Criminal Procedure Code of Mongolia (simplified commentary)' in 2010 and 'The Civil Procedure Code of Mongolia (simplified commentary)' in 2013.
The General Administrative Law commented on here came into force on 1 July 2016 and aims to create a new basic legal framework for the activities of all public authorities and to standardize the activities of public authorities.
Since 2015, issues with simple interpretations of individual sections of the above-mentioned law have been published in series. In the last issue no. 18, sections 67 - 73 (section 6 'Administrative standard' - section 7 'Planning approval procedure') were interpreted in language that is close to the citizen.
