Award ceremony
Writing Competition among Judges
We would like to thank all participants for their informative essays. As usual, the essays were sent anonymously to the jury members, who first evaluated the essays individually and later jointly, without any details of the authors.
Today, June 12, 2020, the award ceremony took place in the HSS project office. By decision of the jury team, no participant was able to win first place, as the essays were less practice-oriented than expected.
The 2nd place went to Ms. N. Bayarmaa - Judge of the Civil Court of First Instance in the Chingeltei Municipality - with the contribution 'The General Terms and Conditions in the Context of the Principles of Mutual Trust and Justice and the Principle of Freedom of Contract'.
The 3rd place was won by three participants:
- Mr. T.Badrakh - Judge of the Civil Court of 1st Instance in the Nalaikh district - with the contribution 'Some aspects of sanctioning breaches of duty in the commercial contracts';
- Mr. S.Enkhbayar - Judge of the Civil Court of 1st Instance in Sukhbaatar City District - with the contribution "Legal basis for the creation of a state commercial register system";
