Workshop to increase skills for multipliers of criminal judges
Already after the first part of the workshop, multipliers felt relaxed and became more creative, so that they changed their table positions.
In her opening speech, Ms. A. Enkhtuya, Managing Director of the Academy "Legal Education", expressed her confidence that during the workshop with the participation of Mr. Andreas Zwerger - Vice President of the Bamberg Higher Regional Court - the topics requested by multipliers will be dealt with comprehensively and that the workshop can make a valuable contribution to increasing the competence of judges.
Mr. B.Binderiya - Head of the Department of Judicial Cooperation and Publicity of the Supreme Judicial Council - thanked on behalf of the Supreme Judicial Council and the criminal judge multipliers the HSS and the Academy "Legal Education" for accepting the request to organize a workshop with the participation of competent German judges and Mr. Judge Andreas Zwerger for his willingness to participate in Mongolia. He informed the participants about the topics and the importance of the workshop as well as the main program of the further training of judges and about preparatory measures for the next criminal law training courses.
