Negotiation training
Empowering Mongolia’s Next Generation of Negotiators
Over 20 talented young professionals from the public, civic, and international sectors came together in Ulaanbaatar. Led by Dr. Roland B. Wilson and expert facilitators, these emerging negotiators engaged in rigorous, real-world simulations—moving from one-on-one strategy sessions to a complex five-party capstone focused on Mongolia's critical climate and development policies.
"This is the first time we have ever had this type of workshop... I think all youth in Mongolia should have this training," shared one of our inspiring participants. At HSF, we believe that environmental governance, climate action, and the rule of law require highly skilled, strategic communicators. By equipping our youth with advanced bilateral negotiation, tactical listening, and coalition-building skills, we are training the negotiators who will shape tomorrow's global policies.
A huge thank you to Dr. Roland B. Wilson, the student facilitators from GMU Korea, co-organizer NEYC and brilliant participants who made this workshop an overwhelming success! Together, we are fostering a more resilient, sustainable future for Mongolia and the region.
