Competition Law, Prohibition of Cartels, and Market Regulation

On September 29, 2025, a training on Competition Law was successfully conducted for the judges of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Judicial Academy.

The training was led by Dr. Michaela Althaus, Presiding Judge at the Munich Regional Court, and was attended by five judges from the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court. The program addressed key issues such as market competition, restrictions on competition, cartel agreements, and the abuse of market power.
