Visit to the National Human Rights Commission

Mr. Felix Glenk met with some representatives of the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia for a working meeting.

He exchanged views and information with Mr. J. Khunan - the acting president of the National Human Rights Commission -, Ms. D. Sunjid - a member of the Commission -, Ms. O. Undrakh - the head of the International Agreements, Law and Cooperation Department - and Mr. Adiyakhishig - the head of the Commission's office - on some joint activities and ways to enhance cooperation between the two organizations.

 

During the discussion, Mr. Glenk emphasized that the fundamental and human rights enshrined in the Constitution must be the basis for the application of all laws. In this context, he declared his willingness to support some of the Commission's activities planned for 2022.
