New Publication
Judicial Review of Administrative Cases: United States of America

The new publication titled "Judicial Review of Administrative Cases: United States of America" by Administrative Appellate Court Judge G. Munkhtulga and researcher G. Munkhbold has been newly released.

This work is the result of the authors' academic and research efforts, studying how federal judicial oversight of administrative activities is conducted in the United States, the rights to file lawsuits and the limitations on such rights, as well as the characteristics of court decisions.

The publication also includes, as an appendix, the re-publication of the article "American Administrative Law — Twenty Issues for Mongolians" written by Professor Dr. Paul B. Rietzke of Valparaiso University School of Law (USA), which was originally part of the 2004 monograph "Administrative Courts: Reforms in Mongolia and International Models" jointly published by the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Academy of Legal Education.

The authors expressed their sincere gratitude for the permission to reprint the article, and extended heartfelt thanks to the Hanns Seidel Foundation’s Representative Office in Mongolia and to Mr. Felix Glenk, the Representative of the Foundation in Mongolia.

The newly published work has been received into the library of the Hanns Seidel Foundation’s Representative Office in Mongolia and is now available to the public as a research resource.
