'Urban Panning Law'
The training began with a speech by Mr. Sh. Jolbars, the head of the law chancellery of the Lawyers' Association, followed by a speech by Mr. Gelenk, the country representative of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation in Mongolia.
The training was led by Christoph Göbel, District Administrator of the Munich District of the Munich Region of the Federal Republic of Germany, on the subject of 'Urban Planning Law'.
The training took place on May 20 in the Hall of Honor of the Governor's Office in the capital, and was attended by legal and urban development experts from the state administration.
During the training, detailed information was provided on the urban development and planning laws of the state of Bavaria. It was emphasized that in Germany, decisions are made with the interests of the public in mind when drawing up detailed urban development plans. Urban development plans are drawn up by the municipalities themselves. It has been mentioned what kind of large shopping centers are to be built. At the same time, green structures, roads, favorable living conditions and the appropriate distance between them are considered and approved in accordance with legal regulations.
The training ended with all the participants' questions being answered.
