Meeting Held with Representatives of the Supreme Court of Mongolia

The meeting was held at the Supreme Court of Mongolia on 18 June 2026.

The Hanns Seidel Foundation and Hildegard Beumler-Hösl, Chief Public Prosecutor and Head of the Central Office for Combating Money Laundering and Asset Recovery (ZGV) of the State of Bavaria, Federal Republic of Germany, held a meeting with N. Batzorig, Judge of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, and D. Erdenechimeg, Director of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Academy.

 

During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on Germany’s experience in combating money laundering and identifying and confiscating illicit assets, as well as on the development of Mongolia’s legal framework in these areas.
