Training for Heads of Chambers and Assistant Judges of Criminal Courts

On September 13, 2023, before the start of the training measure on electronic evidence, the Chair of the Supreme Judicial Council, Ms Ononchimeg R, received Professor Dr. Eric Hilgendorf. The latter holds the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Legal Theory, Information Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Würzburg.

At the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the digitalization of the justice system and the use of electronic evidence.

 

Prof. Dr. Eric Hilgendorf then led a combined classroom and online training course on the topic of 'Electronic evidence' for heads of criminal court chambers and assistant judges at criminal courts. The training course concluded with a question and answer session.
