Training for Administrative Judges was Held

The Institute for Judicial Training, Research and Information at the Supreme Court of Mongolia organized a training course, which was supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation Mongolia.

From May 29 to 30, 2024, the training event for administrative judges of appeal and first instance took place. The event began with an opening speech by Ms. Munkhtuya D., President of the Administrative Chamber at the Supreme Court.

 

The training measure took place within the framework of the following main contents.

 

  • Compensation issues to be considered when settling disputes in connection with the acquisition of mineral fields for state and municipal special uses
  • Issues to be considered in resolving administrative disputes relating to the acceptance and processing of license renewal applications
  • Aspects to be considered in the resolution of widespread mineral disputes
  • Matters to be considered in the settlement of disputes in the context of legal relations to minerals and land
  • Understanding VAT, innovative legal regulation and standardized interpretation and application of the law
  • Understanding tax registration and the integrated information system and how to use the system to resolve tax disputes
  • The principle of evidence in administrative procedural law: The connection between the principle of official investigation and the principle of disposition
  • Burden of proof and allocation of the burden of proof in administrative proceedings
