The values of the Constitution and their implementation

In August/September 2019, Prof. Dr. Ts.Sarantuya was invited by the University of Daejeon to take part in the conference of German-speaking lawyers in Asia, which was held in the South Korean city of Daejeon.

Lawyers and academics from more than ten Asian countries exchanged views on current topics of constitutional, criminal and private law as well as on possible applications of artificial intelligence in judicial practice in the course of several lectures.
