The Commercial Code Working Group Meets Every Friday

The HSS is supporting the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs in the preparation of a draft commercial code. Members of the relevant working group, in which the Foundation is also represented, meet every Friday at 3 p.m. on the premises of the Law Institute of the Mongolian State University.

In addition to members of the working group, a number of researchers from the Institute of Law also take part in the meetings. The regular consultation has been taking place online since November 20. So far, the regulations regarding commercial agency, entrepreneur, merchant, commercial register and company have been discussed.
