Training
Terms of the German Commercial Law

The training was led by Dr. Hartmut Fischer, presiding judge of the Higher Regional Court of Munich. The following topics relevant to Mongolia were covered during the online event:

• Legal norms that apply in the area of virtual assets
• Laws and regulations for distance selling
• Protection mechanisms in the client contract
• Associations of persons that are not legal entities
• Reasons for the appeal on points of law
• Securing the execution of justice

Participants also learned about new commercial law regulations and provisions in Germany and exchanged opinions in this regard.

A total of 45 legal scholars and lawyers took part in the training, including teaching and research staff from the Faculty of Law at the State University, representatives from the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other relevant organizations.
