Study – Broaden Horizons – Shape the Future

Under this motto, the Hanns Seidel Foundation awards scholarships to over 10,000 students and researchers through its offices in over 50 countries.

The scholarship program not only provides students with financial support but also helps them build valuable connections. For this reason, the Hanns Seidel Foundation, in cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), presented its scholarship program to HSS Mongolia alumni as well as to professors and students of the Center for German-European Law at the National University of Mongolia.

The DAAD is represented in over 70 countries and has more than 430,000 alumni. In addition to scholarships for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, the DAAD offers many interesting opportunities such as study trips, language courses, international education and research partnerships (ISAP), and the ERASMUS program.
Mr. Kellnar pointed out that students should apply if they meet the requirements of the DAAD program, as there is no fixed number of DAAD scholarships awarded each year—the more applicants there are, the higher the number of scholarships granted.

Afterwards, the regular meet-up of the HSS alumni took place.
