Seminar for Multipliers of Administrative Law

From June 26 - 28, 2019, a training event for multipliers of administrative law took place. The event was organized by the Supreme Judicial Council in cooperation with the 'Legal Education' Academy of the HSS.

The seminar was attended by 15 multipliers from the Supreme Judicial Council

In her opening speech, the Managing Director of the Academy, Ms. A. Enkhtuya, thanked the Supreme Judicial Council for requesting and co-organizing the three-day seminar to increase the skills of administrative law multipliers. She emphasized that in Germany, further training measures for judges are usually led by fellow judges who have more experience in the respective field. In this context, the HSS had invited Dr. Jessica Vogt to the event, who works as a judge at the Berlin Social Court and as a speaker at the Joint Legal Examination Office of the states of Berlin and Brandenburg. She was confident that Dr. Vogt would be able to make a major contribution to increasing the specialist skills of Mongolian multipliers.

 

Mr. Ts. Mandakh opens the event

Mr. Ts. Mandakh - Director of the Institute for Judicial Research, Information and Training at the Supreme Judicial Council - thanked the HSS and its Academy 'Legal Education' on behalf of the Supreme Judicial Council and multipliers for accepting the request to jointly organize the event and Dr. Jessica Vogt for her willingness to cooperate. He presented the topics to be covered during this year's event to the participants and emphasized their importance. Furthermore, he informed the participants about the program and the preparatory measures of the ordinary training courses of the Supreme Judicial Council.

This year's event covered topics such as the development of the judicial training program and schedule in Germany, the structure of the administration and administrative jurisdiction in Germany, civil service disputes, ethical issues of civil servants and judges, German experience, disputes related to public law contracts, electoral disputes in Germany and many others.
