Training course
A training course on the "Method for assessing law impact, implementation, and costs."

The training course was conducted by Ms. Friederike Witte, a lawyer and former State Secretary.

The course covered the following topics:  

• Methodology for conducting legislative impact assessments and prior needs assessments of legal norms (ex-ante)  
• Methodology for evaluating the implementation of legal norms (ex-post)  
• Methodology for conducting legislative cost assessments  

Officials from the following departments participated in the training:  

• Department of Evaluation and Monitoring of the Parliamentary Chancellery  
• Department of Inspection  
• Department of Budgetary Control and Analysis  
• Institute for Parliamentary Research and Development  
• Department of Government Control in the Ministry of Economy and Development  

The training concluded with a question-and-answer session.
