Regional Center of Expertise (RCE) in Mongolia

After participating in the RCE Regional Meeting 2023 in Korea, the participants from the Environmental Education Center of the National University of Mongolia initiated the application for the establishment of the RCE in Mongolia.

The initiative has been successfully continued, and to date, 13 institutions have joined forces, focusing on training, studies, and various events in the field of environmental education and sustainable development.

 

During the workshop, experts exchanged insights and information and worked together to optimize the application materials for the establishment of the RCE in Mongolia, as well as to develop a concrete roadmap for the center's future work.

 

 

 

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Environmental Education Center of the National University of Mongolia, the Department of Lifelong Learning and Distance Education of the Mongolian University of Education, the Hanns-Seidel Foundation, the United Nations Associations of Mongolia, the NGO People-Centered Nature Conservation, and Friendly Action NGO."
