'Public Defender's Role in Party Proceedings' and 'Qualification of Property Offenses'

From 20 - 21 May 2022, the Justice Assistance Authority of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, with the support of the HSS, organized an accredited training course on the topics 'The role of the public defender in party proceedings' and 'Qualification of property offences'.

The training was opened by a brief welcome from Ms. A. Oyunchimeg - Director of the Justice Assistance Authority - and Mr. Felix Glenk.

 

The aim of the further training for public defenders was to increase their negotiation skills (especially in criminal court proceedings) and to deepen their specialist knowledge of the qualification of property offenses.

The educational event was led by Ms. A. Oyunchimeg and lawyer Mr. D. Batsukh.
