Preparation Course for the Specialist Legal Examination

The HSS supported the Supreme Judicial Council in conducting the above-mentioned course. The three-day event (August 15 - 23, 2022) covered the topics of 'Methods of interpreting and applying the law' and 'Drafting court decisions'.

The aim of the training was to improve the specialist knowledge and skills of assistant judges and court secretaries, particularly with regard to the application of the law in their day-to-day work and increasing work efficiency.

 

More than 300 court administrative staff from 41 court offices took part in the training, divided into three groups and each trained with the same subject matter.

The training took place in advance of the specialist legal examination announced by the Mongolian Lawyers' Association, so it was of great importance for the judicial administration employees.

The individual subject components (administrative law, civil law, criminal law) were led by selected experts from the respective specialist areas of the country.
