Optimization of the Separation of Powers

The competition among students and interested young people was successfully held from December 3 - 11, 2022.

Out of a total of 45 registered teams, 24 teams were selected to take part in the competition. A full-day introduction was then held for the selected teams. The first round of the competition then began. It started with the group phase, in which all teams were divided into six groups. 12 teams qualified for the semi-finals, of which six teams competed against each other in the final. Of these, the following won:

 

  • 1st place: The "Psyche" team
    2nd place: The "Aranya" team
    3rd place: The "THERESA" team

Consequence 1: The number of members of parliament is to be increased

Consequence 2: Political parties should be financed by the state

Consequence 3: Overruling of the constitutional amendment by the Constitutional Court is legitimate

Episode 4: The president is to be elected by parliament

Episode 5: Parliament should have a bicameral structure

Consequence 6: The parliamentary election system is to be regulated in the constitution.
