O. Munkhsaikhan: Too Early to Judge 2019 Constitutional Amendment

On the occasion of Mongolia's Modern Democratic Constitution Day, the Foundation publishes an annual article on a constitution-related topic. This year we conducted an interview with Prof. Dr. O. Munkhsaikhan on the topic of the need to amend the country's current constitution, which appeared in issue no. 009 (7129) of the daily newspaper "Udriin sonin".
