New Version of the German Courts Constitution Act

On 7 October, the Supreme Judicial Council and the HSS organized a discussion event on the revision of the country's Judicial Constitution Act in the meeting room of the Supreme Judicial Council.

More than 80 members of the working group for the drafting of the abovementioned bill took part in the discussion.

 

Mr. E.Batbayar - Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council - and Mr. B.Enkhbayar opened the event with words of welcome. Mr. J. Sainkhishig then presented and compared the two existing versions of the above-mentioned draft law, which were submitted to the Great State Khural by the government and the President of the Republic respectively.

 

The participating judges and court administrators commented on these drafts and put questions to members of the working group. Participants expressed their gratitude for the organization of the discussion event, which gave them the opportunity to comment on the draft of the German Courts Constitution Act.

In his closing speech, Mr. B. Enkhbayar, Member of the Great State Court, emphasized the importance of this extensive discussion event, which was attended by a large number of judges and court administration representatives, and promised to take the opinions expressed into account when drafting the German Courts Constitution Act.
