Launch of a Joint Campaign to Promote Environmental Awareness and Nature Conservation

On 24 May 2026, the opening event of the joint campaign “Let Us Protect Nature” took place. The initiative seeks to raise public awareness of environmental issues, promote ecological education, and encourage greater responsibility for the protection of natural resources.

Held under the motto “Every Citizen Is a Protector of Nature,” the campaign was launched in cooperation with the National Council for Crime Prevention of Mongolia, the Environmental Police, and the Capital City Branch of the Crime Prevention Council. Through a range of awareness-raising and educational activities, the campaign aims to encourage citizens to take an active role in protecting the environment and preventing environmental violations.

During the opening event, speakers highlighted the importance of individual commitment and responsibility in safeguarding the environment. Participants also emphasized the need for close cooperation among government institutions, educational organizations, civil society, and local communities to strengthen environmental education, nature conservation, and the effective enforcement of environmental laws.
