Vote of No Confidence - Comparative Perspective

To mark the 85th birthday of Prof. Dr. B. Chimid - the main author of Mongolia's first democratic constitution - an international academic conference entitled 'B. Chimid - Father of Mongolia's Democratic Constitution' was held at the State Palace on November 28, 2019.

At the invitation of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation, Dr. Martin Paus took part in the conference and gave a lecture on 'The German constructive vote of no confidence in comparative perspective'.
