Judicial Ethics

With the support of the HSS, judges from all courts of first and second instance across the country received further training on the topic of 'Judicial Ethics'. The participants were made aware of the need for more ethics in the judiciary through the regular, accredited training.

Almost all judges of the criminal, civil and administrative courts in the country (436 judges) took part in the two-day event (Nov. 14-15). The main topics covered were 'Prevention of ethical violations' and 'Judicial disciplinary proceedings', which have been modernized in accordance with the GVG 2021.
