Judges of the Administrative Court of First Instance in Berlin

From November 18 to 25, 2018, a six-member delegation from the above-mentioned court paid a study visit to Germany at the invitation of the HSS. As part of the itinerary, the delegation visited the HSS capital office in Berlin, the Oberbergamt in Freiberg and administrative courts and authorities in Munich and Starnberg.

The discussions focused, among other things, on the ethics of judges and the particularities of appeals against decisions made by mining authorities, building authorities and district authorities.

 

As part of the two-day information event at the Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich, the judges attended court hearings and exchanged information and experiences with their German counterparts.
