Informative Trip by Judges of the Administrative Court of the 2nd Instance of Mongolia

From October 14 to 21, 2017, six judges from the aforementioned court were invited by the Hanns Seidel Foundation on a fact-finding trip to Germany.

As part of the travel program, they met with the Deputy Chief Mining Officer of the Saxon Mining Authority Mr. Martin Hermann, the judge of the Federal Administrative Court Dr. Susanne Rublack, the President of the Bavarian Administrative Court Mr. Stephan Kersten, the judge and press spokeswoman of the aforementioned court Ms. Frieser, the employee of the press department Ms. Schnölzer, the Senior Patent Examiner of the German Patent and Trademark Office Dr. Alessandra Sani, the member of the Munich District Council Mr. Christoph Göbel, the senior lawyers of the Munich District Office, the Deputy Head of the Local Building Commission Mr. Thomas Rehn and the administrative lawyer Mr. Christoph Göbel. Alessandra Sani, the member of the Munich District Council Mr. Christoph Göbel, the senior lawyers of the Munich District Office, the Deputy Head of the Local Building Commission Mr. Thomas Rehn and the administrative lawyer Blanka Schörry, the President of the Munich Administrative Court Ms. Andrea Breit and the Presidential Judge Mr. Florian Huber as well as the employees of the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Building and Transport responsible for the selection and appointment of judges and received detailed answers to their questions. The delegation also attended some court hearings to get a clear idea of the German administrative court process.

 

The delegation visited the HSS headquarters in Munich and met with the Head of the Institute for International Cooperation of the HSS Dr. Luther, the Deputy Head of the Northeast Asia Department Ms. Klopfer and the Board of the Bavarian School of Administration a.d. and the long-time expert of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation Dr. h.c. Harbich, to share opinions on the programme of the information trip and to make suggestions for the future organization.
