Improvement of the Administrative Court Procedure

On the initiative of the Administrative Court of the capital, the Institute for Judicial Training and Judicial Research and Data at the Supreme Court of Mongolia organized the above-mentioned scientific conference with the support of the Foundation.

The event was opened by Mr. Felix Glenk, among others.

 

The participants of the event - judges of the Supreme Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal, academic research staff and lawyers - exchanged views on selected current topics of administrative court proceedings, which were dealt with in six presentations during the conference.

 

The presentations dealt with:

 

  • Guarantee of the right to impartial jurisdiction - Effective administrative court protection
  • Right to a continuation of proceedings: comparative research
  • Need to improve the legal regulation regarding the challenge of the court order and the court order, etc.
