Improvement of Commercial Law Regulations

On behalf of the Academy 'Legal Education' at the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation in Mongolia, the NGO 'Mongol umguulul sudlalyn akademy' is conducting a study to determine the commercial customs formed in Mongolian commercial practice with the aim of improving the country's current commercial law regulations.

The responsible team carries out evaluations in required documents. On January 6, 2020, the team members exchanged ideas and opinions in the premises of the HSS project office regarding questions and their formulations for surveys conducted among merchants, large and medium-sized companies.

 

The aim of the study is to determine current commercial business practice, the difficulties faced by merchants in their everyday work and the need to improve current commercial law.
