German-Mongolian Legal Comparison for the Judgment

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Hilgendorf exchanged views with the members and researchers of the Lawyers' Association on the topic of 'Preparing a legal opinion on the decision of the criminal court'. In this discussion, information was provided on how the German judiciary makes court decisions, the criteria used by the court to make its decision and to what extent the methods can be implemented in Mongolia.
