Further Training for Criminal Judges

From September 18 to 19, 2023, a training course was held for criminal judges of the Court of Appeal of the capital and criminal judges of the first instance of the various districts.

The event was organized by the Institute for Judicial Training, Research and Information at the Supreme Court of Mongolia in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Mongolia.

The main topics of the event were:

 

  • Principles in criminal proceedings
  • “Methods and drafting of criminal judgments (acquittals) at first instance“
  • “Simplified procedure in criminal proceedings“
  • “ Concrete application of the Code of Criminal Procedure in criminal proceedings, ensuring uniformity, preventive measures against human rights violations.“
