Fundamental Problems of Constitutional and Administrative Law
The conference consisted of a main and side conference. Twenty-three international experts from Japan, Germany, Canada, Korea, Russia, Hungary and Mongolia gave presentations on constitutional and administrative law topics. These included the following:
- The state system
- The separation of powers
- Constitutional supervision
- Human rights
- Administrative law
- The 'VerPO'
- The management of public property and its taxation
- Mining and land use
- State - owned Enterprises and their trade problem
- State responsibility and discipline
At the invitation of the HSS, Prof. Dr. Martin Kment LL.M. - Professor at the University of Augsburg - spoke online at the conference.
As the conference was organized at a time when the law reform was taking place, the presentations and discussions were of great importance for the law reform process.
The conference was organized by the Law Institute of the Mongolian State University in cooperation with several partners, including the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, the Chimid Foundation and the HSS.
