Bridging Legal Insights: Mongolia’s Constitutional Court Exchanges Experiences with Germany’s Federal Court.

During the meeting, participants shared experiences on the principle of proportionality, the methodology, and the practice of drafting justifications for decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court. Members of the Mongolian Constitutional Court, assistants to constitutional judges, researchers, and other staff participated in the event.
The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Rudolf Mellinghoff, who served as a judge of the Second Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court and as President of the Federal Fiscal Court.
The meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session.
