Exchange with the Administrative Court of First Instance

The President of the court Ms. N. Dulamsuren, the Head of the Court Registry Mr. N. Batkhuu and some judges and administrative representatives of the court received the HSS project management and the manager of the HSS legal project Ms. Bujinlkham S. in the court house. They exchanged views on the development history and current challenges of the court as well as on cooperation and prospects for cooperation with the HSS. 

In her speech, Ms. Dulamsuren thanked the HSS for its continuous support of Mongolia's administrative justice system, starting with the drafting of the country's first administrative laws and the subsequent establishment of the jurisdiction. She emphasized that the administrative jurisdiction is a hallmark of the Foundation's successful work in Mongolia. The HSS has made a valuable contribution to the professionalization of administrative judges through continuous further education and training measures. Ms. Dulamsuren continued to express great interest in expanding the existing cooperation.
