Exchange on the Constitutional Law Institute

Mrs. Regina Rutenberg - Permanent Representative of the Ambassador of Germany - and Mr. Felix Glenk met with Prof. Dr. B. Amarsanaa - Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Mongolian State University - and Dr. O. Munkhsaikhan - Head of the Constitutional Law Institute at the Faculty of Law - on the occasion of the foundation of the Constitutional Law Institute.

 

Ms. Rutenberg congratulated on the inauguration of the new institute and informed herself about the background to its creation as well as its tasks and objectives.

 

She emphasized the importance of bilateral cooperation in the legal field, which plays a major role in the long-standing, trusting and comprehensive cooperation between the Federal Republic of Germany and Mongolia and can continue to expect support from the embassy. The discussion partners also exchanged information on the country's current constitutional challenges.
