Exchange on Legal Training with the Bavarian Ministry of Justice

Beginning from 12th till 19th of June 2024 representatives of the Lawyers' Association's examination had an opportunity to visit Munich, Germany to share their expertise on the second law exam.

At the meeting, the representatives of the Examination Board of the Lawyers' Association discussed the following topics with representatives of the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice:

  • The civil station of a trainee lawyer at court
  • The second state law examination in Bavaria
  • The E-examen
  • The digital learning platform "BayLern"
  • Q&A on the second law exam

After the discussion, the participants had the opportunity to report on their experiences of the SPR training and exam and to exchange ideas with each other. This was followed by a tour of the examination room.

The representatives of the examination board of the Lawyers' Association made a brief visite to the Hanns Seidel Foundation headquarters in Munich as part of the event.
