Exchange of Views with the President of the Constitutional Court

Prof. Ts.Sarantuya met with the new President of the Constitutional Court Mr. N.Chinbat on December 11, 2019 for a working meeting and exchanged views on the cooperation between the two parties.

The President of the Constitutional Court thanked the HSS for the close and effective cooperation and special attention to increasing the competence of the Constitutional Court.

 

For further cooperation, the President suggested promoting the exchange of information from a theoretical, methodological and practical point of view, organizing seminars, supporting the publication of specialist literature and handbooks, helping to increase the expertise of the court registry and improving constitutional court and constitutional procedure laws.

Prof. Ts.Sarantuya congratulated him for his appointment as President of the Constitutional Court and emphasized that the Constitutional Court is one of the longstanding partners of the HSS, which has an exemplary and effective cooperation with the Foundation. She expressed her confidence that this tradition would be maintained in the future.
