Evaluation 'Current Problems in Commercial Law Regulations'

Once again, we would like to thank all participants (consisting of business people and entrepreneurs) in the above-mentioned writing competition. A total of 18 essays were received, some of them with attachments, containing very insightful information and well-founded data. The essays were sent anonymously to the members of the jury, who initially evaluated the essays individually and later jointly.

On May 1, 2020, we welcomed the winners of the competition to the project office and presented them with their prizes and commemorative items.

 

By decision of the jury team, the first place remained without a winner. The prize intended for this was divided equally among the participants who came in 3rd place according to the jury team's assessment.

2nd place went to Ms. Ch. Bolormaa with her contribution 'Aspects regarding the registration of partnerships and proposed regulations in the Commercial Code'.

 

 

The 3rd place was won by four participants:

  • Ms. R. Mandukhai - legal advisor of TDB Leasing GmbH - with the article 'Problems in the application of the Civil Code of Mongolia in the leasing business';
  • Ms. G. Uyanga - legal advisor of Khan Bank GmbH - with the contribution 'Current problems in legal regulations regarding distance selling';
  • Ms. J. Dulguun - entrepreneur - with the contribution 'The need to modernize legislation on electronic commerce';
  • Mrs. B.Chimedlkham - legal advisor of Torgon Khiits GmbH - with the contribution 'Current problems in tenancy law of commercial operators, their solutions'.

We congratulate them on their successful participation in the competition and wish them continued success.
