Environmental Law & Ranger
Participants were exclusively rangers of the State Special Protection Area “Khan Khentii”, who were trained by teachers from the University of Internal Affairs and the Training Institute of the General Prosecutor's Office on the following topics:
- The concept of misdemeanor, differences between criminal offense and misdemeanor and their qualification,
- Concept of administrative offense proceedings and its special features,
- The issues to be considered when implementing the Administrative Offenses Act by environmental inspectors,
- Administrative Offenses Act and tasks of environmental inspectors,
- Tactics to protect the crime scene security,
- Misdemeanor proceedings etc.
In 2022, the HSS finalized the curricula for 2-day training courses for environmental police officers and rangers as part of its environmental project with the involvement of lecturers from the University of Internal Affairs. The curriculum for rangers was successfully applied in the above-mentioned workshop.
