Discussion event
Ensuring Security and Order in the Court Buildings
During the event, the problems frequently encountered in practice in ensuring judicial independence in court buildings, especially during hearings, were discussed and opinions were exchanged on the necessary technical security equipment and financial and organizational solutions.
Several problems were discussed and solved during the event, including the agreement to equip the entrance areas of the capital's courts with security and registration cameras and turnstiles.
Furthermore, some logistical problems in the transfer of convicted persons between the court and the prison were discussed, which require further consultation.
HSS project employee Mr. S. Munkhjargal gave a short presentation on ensuring security and order in court buildings in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
