Educational Event on the General Administrative Law

Hanns-Seidel-Foundation and its Academy “Legal Education” in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs of Mongolia organized an educational event for the legal experts of various ministries of Mongolia on 9 November and an educational event for the employees of the Agency for Review and Registration of Administrative Norms subordinate to the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs on 10 November, at which specific topics of the General Administrative Law were dealt with.

The above-mentioned seminars were led by Dr. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Harbich, who supported the drafting of the General Administrative Law in an advisory capacity. On the first day, employees from various ministries increased their knowledge of some of the new regulations introduced by the General Administrative Law and exchanged their opinions on the implementation of the above-mentioned law under the heading 'Legal issues arising from the General Administrative Law'.

 

On the second day, the employees of the Office for the Review and Registration of Administrative Standards deepened their knowledge of Section 6 of the General Administrative Law under the key topic 'Legal regulations on administrative standards'. Participants exchanged their opinions on current problems in the review and monitoring of administrative standards. Officials from the Office of the Constitutional Court also took part in the seminar at their own request.
