Education for Sustainable Development in Germany
Participation in the “Dillinger Environmental days 2023” workshop
With the support of the HSS, Dr. Sunjidmaa, head of the Environmental Education Center initiative, is conducting research on ESD in Germany and sharing her experiences with various German institutions. During her research stay, she will participate in the workshop 'Dillinger Environmental days 2023' from 8-10 May 2023, organized by the Academy for Teacher Training and Personnel Management. This year, the workshop will focus on the '17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN - possibilities of anchoring them in the classroom' and the implementation of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals in Bavarian schools. Ms. Sunjidmaa.R will speak at the seminars on the topic of 'Networking in the field of ESD - using Mongolia as an example'.

As part of her research, she visits other German institutions, including the Climate Protection Unit, the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs, the State Garden Show at the Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection, the Munich Environmental Education Center and BIOTOPIA laboratories. In doing so, it researches the anchoring of ESD in Bavarian educational institutions.
