Earth School Mongolia 2026 Concludes!

Funded by HSF Mongolia, organized by the UN Association of Mongolia, the National Environment Youth Council, and the Mongolian State University of Education, this initiative brought together nationwide secondary school students (ages 12–17) to build a powerful network of future environmental leaders.

Highlights of the Ceremony:

•  Opening Remarks: Felix from the Hanns Seidel Foundation opened the event, emphasizing the critical role of youth engagement in climate action.
• Impact & Presentations: 13 secondary schools delivered brilliant 5-minute pitches showcasing their local eco-initiatives and environmental law knowledge. 
• Recognition & Awards: Outstanding visual documentation won "Best Picture", and all participants received well-earned certificates. Our brilliant Young Ambassadors were also honored with symbolic gifts for their leadership.

These student-led initiatives are just getting started! The project results will showcase Mongolian youth power at the upcoming UNCCD COP17, proving that our young generation is ready to contribute to global climate and desertification dialogues.
